Synlait Announces Appointment of Stephanie Manning as new Director, People & Culture
Synlait have announced the appointment of Stephanie Manning as the new Director, People & Culture.
Stephanie is currently the General Manager of People & Culture at Alliance. Stephanie has held several senior leadership roles in the public and private sectors in New Zealand and abroad across manufacturing, health, financial services, and legal industries. She is an employment lawyer by training and, over the past decade, has developed significant experience delivering people and workforce strategies, service redesigns, and operating model transformations. She is qualified with a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from Otago University.
Stephanie will join Synlait’s Executive Leadership Team on the 3rd of February 2025. We wish Stephanie every success in her career transition.
