We are thrilled to share that Silver Fern Farms Ltd have announced the appointment of Andrew McCutcheon to the newly created role of Chief Revenue Officer. Baxter Executive Search were delighted to partner with Daniel Boulton and Matt Carter at Silver Fern Farms Ltd to achieve this great outcome.

Andrew is a highly experienced global commercial leader with more than 25 years of senior leadership experience across food, dairy, and FMCG businesses. He brings deep capability in leading market‑led growth, strengthening enduring customer partnerships, and optimising revenue and margin performance across complex, supply‑constrained value chains.
Most recently, Andrew has been Chief Customer Officer at Open Country Dairy, where he led enterprise‑wide sales and market development across global markets. His experience transforming a commodity‑based business into a more value‑add, customer‑focused portfolio, supported by digital tools and strong commercial discipline, strongly aligns with Silver Fern Farms’ strategy and future direction. Andrew is qualified with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Northumbria University.

Andrew commences with Silver Fern Farms on the 4th of May 2026.
