Entrada Travel Group have announced the appointment of Privani Howes to the role of Chief People Officer

Thrilled to share that Entrada Travel Group have announced the appointment of Privani Howes as Chief People Officer following an executive search by Baxter Executive Sarch.

Priv is a highly accomplished People & Culture executive with a strong track record of partnering with CEOs and Boards to drive business performance, organisational transformation, and sustainable growth across complex, multi-country environments. She brings deep expertise across people strategy, org design, leadership development and workforce capability, along with experience leading enterprise-wide functions including remuneration, health and safety, and internal communications.

Most recently, Priv has served as Head of People, Culture and Safety at Ceres Organics, where she has been a key member of the senior leadership team, working closely with the CEO and Board on strategy, governance and organisational performance across New Zealand and Australia.

Throughout her career, Priv has built a reputation as a trusted advisor with an engaging and approachable leadership style. She is passionate about building high-performing, purpose-led cultures that connect people to strategy and enable strong organisational outcomes. Priv’s experience across both operational and corporate environments – including leadership roles with Canon New Zealand, Frucor Suntory and Unilever – gives her a strong understanding of what it takes to support diverse teams and drive performance at scale.

Priv commences with Entrada Travel Group on Monday 31 August and will report directly to CEO Dan Alpe.
