Connexa have announced the appointment of Rochelle Clancy to the role of Chief People Officer

Connexa Limited have announced the appointment of Rochelle Clancy  as Chief People Officer following an executive search by Baxter Executive Search.

Rochelle brings deep expertise in people, culture, and organisational performance across financial services, telecommunications, construction, and property. She most recently served as Chief People Officer at Quotable Value and has held senior people leadership roles at Fletcher Building, Spark, and JPMorgan in London.

Rochelle’s appointment strengthens Connexa’s leadership team as it scales operations, expands its delivery programme, and continues to grow its team.
