Beetham Village & Healthcare have announced the appointment of Stuart Bilbrough to the Board

Beetham Village & Healthcare have appointed Stuart Bilbrough to the Board following a Director search by Baxter Executive Search.

Stuart is an experienced New Zealand senior executive with more than 30 years’ leadership experience across healthcare, aged care and retirement village sectors. He has held Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officer roles with Promisia Healthcare, Radius Residential Care and Tamaki Health, and brings over a decade of direct experience in the retirement village and aged care sector.

Stuart has a strong track record in strategy, financial governance, performance turnaround, capital raising and M&A, including leading NZX listing preparations, delivering significant EBITDA improvement, and overseeing multiple acquisitions and divestments. He has worked closely with Boards for more than 25 years, supporting robust governance, risk management and “no surprises” reporting.

He currently operates Peak Care Advisory, providing consulting support to retirement villages, aged care operators and primary healthcare providers, with a focus on development feasibility, statutory supervisor engagement, funding and performance improvement. Stuart holds an MBA (Distinction) from Massey University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Canterbury, and is a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ).
